With over 30 years of diverse experience across industries, he has worked
extensively in financial management, statutory and internal audits, and
financial audits. His expertise spans global accounting frameworks, including
IFRS, IAS, US GAAP, Indian GAAP, and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
(SOX).
Subhajit has over a decade of experience in SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K filings) and has managed compliance with Indian income tax requirements as well as U.S. tax matters for individuals and S corporations (Forms 1040, 1120S, 1099). His professional background also covers social security valuation and job order costing.
He has successfully led full-cycle implementations of SOX, IFRS, audit processes, and compliance frameworks, combining technical precision with a deep understanding of global business practices.
