restructuring. A multi-qualified professional, he is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a fellow of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the Institute of Cost and Management
Accountants of India (ICMAI), and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
(ICSI).
An exceptional academic performer, Srinivasa is a Gold Medalist in Accounting
and an All-India Rank Holder in both the Intermediate and Final examinations
of the Chartered Accountancy and Company Secretary programs.
He has held senior leadership roles, including Director – Finance & Internal Audit, and has advised one of India’s major airlines on financial and operational strategy. His expertise extends to working alongside SBI Caps, the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MOCA), and multiple government ministries to execute complex working capital debt restructurings and negotiate high-value Bank ALP arrangements.
